NEEC has over 20 years of extensive experience as an Energy Services Company (ESCO) completing hundreds of energy efficiency projects in both the public and private green building sectors under the American Resource Recovery Act (ARRA) and the CT Energy Efficiency Fund (CEEF) through various utility programs (Eversource and UIL) that provided sources of cost-sharing incentive for implementation of various Energy Conservation Measures (ECM’s). The ECM’s implemented have included both Energy Management System (EMS/Controls) and various HVAC improvements performed through participation both directly and through our ESCO and lighting retrofit partners under the CEEF Energy Opportunities (EO), Energy Advantage (SBEA), and the Energy Conscious Blueprint Construction (ECPB) Programs.
